Ingredients
2.0 serving apple, peeled, small. Diced2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.75 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry4.0 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground18.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar0.25 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased bread pan. Bake 45 min at 350. Let cool 10 min and cut.
