Sweet and sour chicken and broccoli

Ingredients
3 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh, cut into 1 inch pieces.5 Med. Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips4 medium Mushrooms, fresh quartered2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 1 packet Sweet and Sour Sauce 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil (by DIMINA)
Directions
1. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
2. Prep all veg as directed.
3. Heat oil in wok. Add chicken and stir occasionally until nearly cooked through.
4. Add pepper and mushrooms and continue cooking until slightly softened.
5. Add cooked broccoli and pineapple and stir.
6. Reduce heat. Add packet sweet and sour sauce and stir.
7. Heat until bubbling and serve.
