Two-Cheese Chicken and Rice (Emeals)

Ingredients
1 cup Water1 cup Instant Brown Rice1/2 Cup Red Onion1/2 tsp Oregano1/3 Cup Frozen Green Peas2 Slices Swiss Cheese 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
1. Combine water, rice, chicken, onion, garlic, and oregano in a medium skillet; bring to boil over medium-high heat.

2. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 11 minutes.

3. Stir in peas and cook 1 minute.

4. Remove from heat; stir in salt and sprinkle with both cheeses. Cover and let stand for 2 minutes.
