Ingredients
0.5 tsp Cream Of Tartar 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g) 3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Separate egg whites and yolks in different bowls. mix egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar together until the cream cheese is no longer lumpy. use hand mixer and mix egg whites and cream of tarter for about 5-6 minutes on high or until you have stiff peaks. Then fold in yolk mixture carefully. spoon mixture onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake about 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until browned.
