Ingredients
1 Serving(s) 1 cup of quinoa flour 1 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 1 Serving(s) 1 cup of 2% fat milk 1 Serving(s) 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 Serving(s) 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients and add the milk, egg and oil. Heat a frying pan on high, add first cake ( about 2 1/2 tablespoons full of batter. Turn over after bubbles form over surface. Serve with agave nectar if desired.
