Low carb Pizza crust

4 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .25 tsp McCoringmick's Italian Season (by GRACELANDII) .25 tsp Garlic powder 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
In a medium bowl whisk the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Whisk in eggs until smooth and creamy. Add the seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Blend in and then add mozzarella cheese. Blend in the Mozzarella until completely moistened.
Spread in a well greased 13x9 pan or use parchment paper. I used parchment paper and had no problem removing the crust from the pan.
Bake at 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. You want the bottom to be brown, not dark.
Remove from oven an let it cool on a oven rack. You can refrigerate it for later or put toppings on it and put it back into the oven.
When you put your favorite toppings on it, put into a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 4-6x4 pieces
