Chicken & Pita Pizza

Ingredients
Yields: 1 serving Ingredients:• ¼ of a green bell pepper, cut up • ¼ of a red bell pepper, cut up • ¼ cup mushrooms, cut upADD Red onions if you like them• 3 oz of chicken breast, baked or grilled, cut up • ¼ cup of salsa • 1 ounce of reduced-fat mozzarella cheese • 1 whole wheat pita I add jalepenos and you can add any of your favorite veggies....
Directions
MAKES 1 serving

Bake chicken until done (no pink). Spread salsa on pita. Place cooked chicken, cheese, peppers and zucchini on top of pasta. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees F or until done.

Pre cook chicken for 12 - 15 minute Pizzas Timing, or it will take 38 minutes
