CHUNKY TURKEY & SAUSAGE CHILI

Ingredients
16 oz TURKEY, GROUND, ALL NATURAL BUTTERBALL 8 oz TURKEY, GROUND BREAKFAST SAUSAGE, JENNIE O 1 medium Vadalia onion, chunky diced2 stalk, large Celery. chunky sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced1 large Carrot, raw, diced 1med chili pepper, sliced2.5 cup TOMATOES, DICED WITH GREEN CHILES, FRESH FINDS, 10oz2 cup TOMATOES, DICED IN JUICE, FRESH FINDS 2 cup VEGETABLE JUICE, Low Sodium, Laura Lynn 1 tbls Northwest Spice, Penzeys1 tbls Adobo, Penzeys1 tsp. Alleppo Spice, Penzeys1 tsp garlic powder1 tbls. olive oil
Directions
Sautee onions, garlic, chili pepper, carrot and celery in olive oil for 3 minutes over med. heat. Add ground turkey and ground turkey sausage and brown..keep chunky. Add all spices. Combine veggie juice, and tomatoes and add to meat mixture in 4 qt. slow cooker or simmer pot. Simmer for 2 hours..stirring occasionally. Serve with shredded cheese, sliced green onion. Great with buttermilk cornbread. Can be frozen and reheated.
