Ingredients
6 tbsp Coconut Flour, Let's Do Organic (by PERFECTLY_LIFE) 2 tbsp Hill country Fare Country Spread Light (by GUERRALM) 3 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 2 oz Milk Almond Vanilla Unsweetened Great Value 7 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol .33 cup, grated Carrots, raw .5 cup, mashed Zucchini .5 tbsp Cider Vinegar - Apple- Great Value (by DOPKIGIRL)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients.
In another bowl mix wet ingredients including the veggies.
Combine both bowls.
Spoon into greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
