Creamy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
0.5 tbsp Sour Cream1.0 tsp Salt40.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 cup Stop & Shop Chicken Broth0.66 cup chardonnay wine6.0 serving chicken thigh, skin no bones
Directions
In a large pan (preferably cast iron), heat 1T Olive oil over medium heat. Season thighs with salt and pepper, place in pan. Cook both sides until crispy and brown. Remove thighs and drain chicken fat. Add 1T oil to pan and saute garlic until nicely browned. Add wine, broth and sour cream to pan. Combine then add chicken back in. Reduce heat and simmer until bubbly. Finish off by putting pan under broiler for 10 mins just to brown a little more. Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
