Vegetarian Stir fry

Ingredients
1 serving Morning Star Steak Strips 1 serving Fire Grilled Mediterranean Peppers and Onion Blend 0.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked from dry beans 1 serving Brown Rice, Great Value Natural, (prepared)Whole Grain Rice - 1/4 cup dry 1 oz (22 whole kernels) Almonds, dry roasted (salt added) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Cook meat in skillet with about 1-2 Tbsp of olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Then stir in pepper and onion blend until thawed. Add in beans. Add rice after beans are warm. Serve. Season to taste. Also try with red crushed pepper.
