Broiled Ham and Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients
1 slice of whole wheat bread1 tsp brown mustard1 slice lean deli-style ham2 slices tomato1 slice skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Lightly toast the bread.
2. Spread mustard on one side of the bread.
3. Top with ham and tomato.
4. Broil 2 minutes.
5. Add cheese on top of tomato.
6. Broil until cheese melts and is beginning to brown.

Makes 1 open-faced sandwich.
