Healthier Cranberry Orange Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cup Cranberries, fresh or frozen, halved1 cup Flour, white 1 cup Oat Flour1 large Egg, lightly beaten1.5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 1/2 Cup coconut sugar or lt brown sugar.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .75 cup Orange Juice 1 tbsp Orange Peel .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients, pour into dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan, bake @ 350 for approx 30 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
