Bran Muffins

Ingredients
3 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal 1 stick Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 0.5 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 2.5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 2 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Boil 1 cup of water and add to cereal and let sit. Add softened butter, sugar, and eggs. add buttermilk. Stir in dry ingredients and place in muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 23 min.
