1 serving Left over turkey carcas (by IRISHPEPPER) 28 grams Kale 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.125 clove Garlic 5 gram(s) MCT Oil (Bulletproof) Brain Octane 1T=15g Caprylic Acid (coconut and/or palm kernel) 14 gram leak (by JULEBE) 2 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 40 grams Turkey, all classes, breast, meat and skin, roasted
boil carcass of turkey to make broth then from that broth you will make the soup ... put 2 table spoons MCT oil in soup pot heat add onions about 1/8 of a cup and cook till soft add 2 cups of cooked broth to the pot plus 3 cups of water. crush 3 cloves of garlic and stir in. then add deveined kale about 2-3 cups. slice leaks about 1/4 of a leak and add to pot bring to a boil and then simmer till kale is soft. add turkey meat and let sit while you rip up by hand some spinach. put spinach in bottom of your bowl pour a cup or two of soup over spinach in bowl add pepper to top and let sit for about a min or two the spinach will get soft then enjoy
