Turkey Polish Sausage and Sweet Tators

4 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 13 oz Turkey Polish Sausage
Heat deep skillet, add olive oil and thin sliced onions. Brown onions. Add sliced sweet potatoes and cover; stir and flip occasionally. Cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Remove lid, add sliced turkey polish sausage and cook another 10 minutes
We like ours browned and crisp but cook under desired tenderness and browning of potatoes and sausage.
