Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (1/2 cup=8 tbsp=1 serving) (by MARGOTJI) 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp Seasoning - Morton Fine Sea Salt (Mediterranean Sea Salt) (by --SHELLEY--) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions
Heat griddle, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, stevia.
Combine dry ingredients.
Pour 2-3 tablespoons in coconut oil greased pan.
Serve with butter, oil or syrup or fruit.
