Deconstructed Pizza

Ingredients
2 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP .5 cup chopped Onions3 clove Garlic 1 chopped Roma Tomato.5 cup, chopped red Peppers2 medium Mushrooms5 slices Yves Veggie Ham Slices 10 chopped jumbo Black Olives 8 oz grated Marble Cheese5 tbsp (tamari) 1 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino1 tsp paprika, smoked.25 tbsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Hydrate TVP with 2 cups veg stock.

Put olive oil in pan and heat. Saute Onion and garlic until translucent. Add TPV to pan with soy sauce, braggs, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, oregano and pepper. Brown.

Layer a 9x12 pan with ingredients: Browned TVP, tomato, red pepper, onion, mushroom, Ham slices, olives and cheese.

Bake at 400 for 25 min.

Serving Size: Makes a 9x12 sized pan of casserole
