Bisquick Biscuits

Ingredients
2.75 cups Reduced fat Bisquick1 cup Water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Use Pam to grease muffin pan
3. Mix Bisquick and water until wet dough is formed.
4. Divide into approximately 8 muffin tins.
5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
6. Serve with low-fat butter or margarine and low-fat or reduced sugar jelly (optional).

Makes 8-10.

    The calorie counts on this recipe is VERY misleading. Per Betty Crocker (and other sources), 1/3 cup of R/F Bisquick mix is 150 Calories. Doing the math, that makes each biscuit 298 Calories! - 9/13/12
