Ingredients
4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 cup, diced Celery, cooked 1 cup Cooked Onion 3 tbsp Parsley 3 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Rosemary 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 1 tsp Sage, ground 1 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
Directions
Saute onion, carrots and celery on butter
Add mushrooms and cauliflower
Add spices and broth.
Covert and cook for 15 minutes until tender.
