2.0 oz chicken breast fryed1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 serving 2 Large Egg Whites Scrambled2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)10.0 oz artisan french bread
Heat oil chop and fry 2 oz chicken breast, add mushroom sliced, onion, spinach. Season, add egg whites, add cheese. Push to one side of pan add 2-4 slice small artisan french bread to heat.
