Ingredients
1.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice1.0 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad)1.0 large Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato) Red Ripe Tomatoes0.25 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
Clean and slice mushrooms, lettuce and spinach. Wedge 1 med tomato. Place in med bowl. Add chopped pecans and cheese, toss salad to mix add fresh lemon juice from half a lemon or 1 tbsp. Toss to coat salad. Serving Size: 2 dinner salads
