3 tbsp Butter, salted 4 clove Garlic, crushed1 tsp Ginger Root, chopped1 tbsp Flour, white 2 tbsp Curry, ground1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1.75 cup coconut milk light - earth's choice 72% less fat1/2 tsp Stevia, powdered5 drops liquid stevia(I added about 1/2 tsp of monk fruit sugar because I have it, was good)
melt butter in pan over med-high heat. Saute Garlic and ginger.
Once translucent add spices and flour, stir to brown.
Add cream and whisk to blend. Then add coconut milk and then both stevias, continue a slow whisk and bring to a boil. Once boiling turn down to simmer for 3-5 min. You can now enjoy as a sauce on anything of continue to cook prawns, tofu, beans...
