Low Carb Flax Pancakes

Ingredients
1 serving Extra Large egg, fresh (1 egg) 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .5 tsp Baking Powder .06 cup Living Harvest Hemp Milk Unsweetened Original (by ASH1YN)
Directions
Beat egg. Add dry ingredients, and non caloric sweetener and cinnamon if desired. Mix until incorporated. Add 1 TBS of hemp milk (or your choice of nut milk) so the batter is not so thick. Mix in. Drop by slightly heaping tablespoons into medium temperature skillet. Pancakes will rise, may not have bubbles. Flip to finish cooking.
