2 oz Pimm's No.1 4 oz Diet Ginger Ale1 Lemon yields1/4 Cucumber, slicesA few leaves of Mint
Directions
Gently muddle the cucumber, lemon slices and mint in a chilled highball glass. Pour in the Pimm’s and ginger ale, and stir to combine. Add ice to fill the glass and garnish with the lemon twist and a couple of mint leaves.
