Sesame-Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 4 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 2 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar 1 fl oz Orange Juice 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1 tsp Ginger Root 2 cloves Garlic 1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 1 fl oz Water, tap 1 oz Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted 2 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw 1 1tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Brown Chicken thighs in sesame oil. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, hoisin sauce, grated ginger root, minced garlic. Pour over chicken and slow cook for 2.5 hours. Remove chicken, strain juice & return to heat. Add cornstarch & water to thicken gravy. Sprinkle sesame seeds & scallions over chicken. Serve with Rice.
