Directions
Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)*Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns, 4 roll (remove)
Directions:
1) Cook turkey in large nonstick skillet until cooked through; drain.
2) Add peppers and onion; cook and stir until tender.
3) Add barbecue sauce; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
4) Fill buns with turkey mixture.
