6 large Eggs1 cup Cottage Cheese81 gram(s) Spinach, Chopped (1 cup) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Kale 0.5 tbsp Sweet Paprika
Heat oven to 180 fan forced
Combine eggs and cottage cheese and mix well
Combine all other ingredients to bowl and mix well
Fill muffin tray with mix
Cook for 25-30 minutes
