Raspberry Fruit Jello Salad

Jello:1 lg box Raspberry Jello (or 2 small boxes)1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, reserving 2/3 cups of juice1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie fillingTopping:1 env Dream Whip 2 TBS flour1/2 cup sugardash of salt2 eggs2/3 cup pineapple juice (reserved from can)
Boil 2 cups water. Add to jello powder in a glass cake pan (9 x 13). Mix until jello granules are completely dissolved. Stir in blueberry pie filling and drained pineapple tidbits (remember to reserve 2/3 cups of pineapple juice for topping). Place in refrigerator until set.
Once set, prepare topping. Beat eggs. Add flour, sugar & salt and mix well. Heat pineapple juice in pan BUT NOT boiling. Add egg mixture and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool. Add package of powdered dream whip. mix well. Spread topping on top of jello. Keep chilled until you serve this dish. Serves 18.
