Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1.00 cup, chopped (remove) * Velveeta 1/2 the fat, 1.00 cup (remove) * Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) * *Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove) * *Minute Rice, 1 cup (remove) * Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
saute onion in butter add broccoli. add all ingredients and bake 350 for 35 min.
