3-ingredient slow cooker BBQ pulled pork

3 lb Pork roast, with fat trimmed off 1 18 oz bottle Weber Sweet and Thick Original Barbecue Sauce (or any BBQ sauce, really)1 large Onion
Slice onion, place in bottom of slow cooker. Top with trimmed pork roast. Cook on low for 8 hrs. Remove from slow cooker, drain fat. Shred pork (with onion), return to slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce, stir to coat. Cook on low at least another hour or so. Can be kept on warm setting while serving.
