4.0 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken1.0 cup Bird's Eye Steamfresh Whole Grain Brown Rice1.0 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg)1.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.0 serving LaRosa's Red Onion Slices (14 g)1.0 1tsp Sesame Oil0.2 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)1.0 Grams Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)1.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
Directions
Spray Pam with coconut spray, toss in chicken season to taste. Toss in all veggies and the herbs, cooking it down. Top with cranberries and cashews.
