Ingredients
2 c frzn strawberries (add other berries or fruit to your liking)1 banana1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt (frozen or not)1/2 cup skim milk1 cup ice
Directions
Put frozen berries and milk into smoothie maker or food processor blend until mostly smooth. Add banana, yogurt and ice. blend until totally smooth...makes about 4, 1 cup servings....YUM
