1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 serving Pork: Bacon, broiled or pan fried (1 slice) 9 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 2 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar 0.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 0.80 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
Mix all ingredients and pour into 12 muffin pan greased with Olive Oil spray. Baked at 325 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and eat.
