2.0 tsp Oregano, ground0.5 tsp Thyme, ground2.0 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast16.0 oz Pepperoncini1.0 serving zesty12.0 oz Blackout Stout0.5 tsp Red Hot Chili Peppers
Directions
Put beer and seasonings into crockpot, add juice from peppers and half the peppers, put in roast, top with remaining peppers. Cook on high for 6-8 hours or low for 8-10 hours Serving Size: Based on 2lb roast split into 7 servings
