"Spaghetti" with Red Turkey Meatsauce

3.0 clove Garlic175.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh3.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added170.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw5.0 serving Fit & Active Fresh Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage (serving = 1 link)153.0 Grams Onions, raw2.5 cup Bartolli portobello sauce
Directions
Brown meat and sauté diced onion with it. Drain fat. Add diced peppers and cook another minute or two before adding roughly chopped mushrooms. Season with herbs and add sauces. Simmer 30 minutes to combine flavors. Serve over how spaghetti squash or pasta. Serving Size: Makes 6 large servings suitable for dipping bread and topping "Spaghetti"
