12 serving gelatin unflavored powder ~ knox 1/2 tsp 1.6g (by BMAKEDA) 6 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 cup Apple juice, unsweetened 0.50 cup Dole Frozen Fruit (Sliced Strawberries, Pineapples, Peaches, and Mango)
1. Line a 9x13 Jelly Roll pan with cling wrap, set aside.
2. Place fruit juice and Stevie in a small saucepan and heat on medium-low heat, until it starts to heat.
3. Sprinkle gelatin powder in sauce pan, little bit at a time. Whisk until all is dissolved.
4. Pour mixture into prepared Jelly Roll pan.
5. Set in Fridge overnight for best results, or until hard.
6. Take out of fridge and cut into 10 strips that are about 13" long.
7. Cut strips of parchment paper to proper width and length to fit Tropical Fruit Roll-ups.
8. Roll-up Tropical Fruit Roll-ups independently with parchment paper in between to prevent sticking.
9. Keep in refrigerator until ready to eat.
