Ingredients
2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp) 1 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil .5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
mix ingredients well, then allow to sit for five minutes so the flax can soak up some of the liquid. microwave at half power for 3 minutes. cut in slices and toast
