16 oz Kentucky Legend Lower Sodium Ham Steak 1.5 cup Asparagus, fresh 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 4 tbsp Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 3 cup Beans, great northern 4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Chopped carrots and celery. Put 32 ounces of low fat chicken broth in crock pot with mushroom onion soup mix, added carrots and started slow cooker for two hours. Quick soaked beans (bring to boiling, let boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat and let stand an hour. Added beans and spinach to crock pot and resumed slow cook for one hour. Chopped green and white asparagus and ham steaks and added them to the crock pot. Stopped slow cooking and then resumed slow cooking for 2 hours. Not in the recipe, but my DW likes to sprinkle fresh. grated, parmesian or pecorino on her soups.
