Non-Dairy Cream of potatoe soup

Ingredients
6 average potatoes1 lg. onion2 tbsps oil4 tbsps. floursalt and pepper
Directions
cube the potatoes and put them in a pot in water to boil. cover the potatoes and then add a few inches more depending on how thick you want the soup

in a skillet or frying pan heat up the oil. you want enough oil for frying and a little more for the flour you will add. saute the onions. when ready mix in the flour.

when the potatoes are fully cooked, add the onion/flour mixture to the pot. season with salt and pepper

with a hand blender, blen the soup to the consistency you want. (you can leave some potatoes peices or blend the whole thing.)

eat!
