12 tbsp Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 8 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tbsp Lemon juice 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 6 tsp Frenchs Yellow Mustard 4.5 tsp Wright's Liquid Smoke (Mesquite or Hickory) (by TEXASWILLIE) .25 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (Thickener) 1 tbsp serving (by ADDICTED2DONUTS) 2 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 18 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
Combine ketchup, water, vinegar, worcestershire, lemon juice, mustard, and liquid smoke in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Once the sauce starts to heat up add xanthan gum and whisk very quickly until all of the gum is incorporated.
Add in spices and sweetener.
Let cool and store in a squeeze bottle or jar.
