Green beans a la Hailey

Ingredients
2.0 cups Fresh Green Beans8 slices Smoked uncured bacon 1.0 small Onions, raw, mincex1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Garlic1.0 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Clean green beans. Leave whole or cut into 1 inch sections. Chop bacon and saute in skillet until halfway to desired crispness. Add onion and green beans. Season with pepper. Cook 7 or 8 mins then add garlic and saute another 2 to 3 mins. Add lemon juice, cover for 2 mins and remove from heat. Reseason as desired.
