Spinach Mushroom Pizza Quesadila

4.0 serving flour tortilla small chichis1.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.25 cup Mushrooms, canned2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk2.0 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100% 0.3 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste1.0 tsp Oregano, ground
Coat Sautee pan with pan spray, heat on medium, add spinach and mushrooms, saute until spinach is wilted.
In a small saucepan pan add half can of tomato paste
Oregano, garlic powder and one forth cup water, bring to low simmer.
Place one tortilla in fry pan coated with pan spray
Top with half of tomato sauce, half of spinach and Mushroom, and half of cheeses, top with tortilla, pan search on both sides until cheese is melted, repeat for second tortilla.
