Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 teaspoons dried sweet basil leaves1 1⁄2 tsp Copycat brown sugar - see my SPARK recipes1 tsp No Salt1 tsp fennel seed1 tsp black pepper1⁄2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 tsp garlic powder1⁄8 tsp ground cloves1⁄8 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape [into patties, links??] - see TIPS remarks by contributor, or crumble into skillet and brown over medium heat.
Mixture may be made in advance up to 36 hours and let sit in the refrigerator to absorb the flavors, or can be shaped and frozen until ready to use (do not re-freeze previously frozen ground turkey). Thaw in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 1# sausage --- 4 - 6 servings.
