Ingredients
454 grams Beans, pinto 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 28 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Oregano, ground
Directions
Saute onions and garlic until soft -- probably 5 minutes.

Add onions and garlic to crock pot with water, oregano and beans.

4-6 hours on high, 6-9 hours on low
