Ingredients
2 shots fresh espresso1/2 tbsp organic coconut oilfiltered water (to taste)
Directions
Brew espresso. While espresso is brewing, put a teakettle of filtered water on to boil. Put two espresso shots in a mug. Add hot water to taste, then 1/2 tbsp coconut oil. Stir until coconut oil dissolves.

Serving Size: Makes 1 mug of coffee.
