Finely grind pork rinds, add garlic, old bay, italian seasoning, and salt to pork rinds.
Mix egg with cream.
Dip chicken into egg mixture than rind mixture
Place in Air Fryer with 2 Tblsp Canola oil. Bake for about 30-45 minutes.
