0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat2.56 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap2.0 serving Supplement - Whey Protein Plus, Triple Chocolate - Six Star - 1 Scoop6.0 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)1.0 serving Great Value 100% Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oat Meal (1/2 Cup)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a wisk until mixed well and free flowing. 1 quarter cup makes one pancake. Spray pan lightly with canola/olive oil and cook 1-2 min each side using medium to low heat Serving Size: Makes 9 servings of 6 inch pancakes. 1 pancake is 132 cals
