Ingredients
1 medium whole Tomato (sliced)½ cup Spinach, freshly 2 slices multi-grain bread4 tbsp Light Mayonnaise½ tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Spread mayo on both slices of bread, 2tbsp per slice, then place half of the tomato on add pepper Add spinach Add rest of tomato Put other slice of bread mayo side down Cut in half for easier eating Enjoy!
