Chicken and Mushroom (Shiitake) Soup

Ingredients
20 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 10 grams Leeks 10 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 10 gram (Veg) Courgette 50 grams Shiitake Mushrooms 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 10 grams Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw 1 tsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder (by ROSIECOTTON19) 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Saute vegetables (reserve the green leaves from the pak choi) and mushrooms, with five spice and pepper. Add chicken stock, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the green pak choi, and chopped chicken pieces just before serving.
